Return Eligibility

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please email us at info@miniorra.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Include photos and a description of the damage. Once approved, we will arrange a free return and exchange for the same item.

Non-Damaged Products: If there are no damages, we do not accept returns, as all sales are final.

Prepaid Orders Only

No Cash on Delivery: All orders with Miniorra are prepaid, and we do not offer cash on delivery.

Exchanges for Damaged Items

Free Exchange: For damaged items approved for return, we will provide an exchange at no additional cost. Please initiate this process within 2 days of receiving the product.
